Nothing. Held does not require an account, does not ask for personal information, and does not track your behaviour. Your mood selections, favourite affirmations, and app preferences are stored locally on your device and are never sent to us or any third party.
Held does not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or any third-party SDKs that collect user data.
Held does not share data with any third parties because there is no data to share.
The app includes links to external support services. When you tap a phone number or website link in the crisis resources section, your device's native phone or browser app will open. We do not track or log these interactions.
Held does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this page. But our commitment is simple: your private moments stay private.
