Held is a wellbeing app, not a medical service. Use it freely, respect the content, and manage your subscription through Apple.
Held is a wellbeing affirmation app designed to offer gentle support and comfort. It is not a medical or therapeutic service. The affirmations, breathing exercises, and themes within Held are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a support line.
No account is required to use Held. All data is stored locally on your device. If you subscribe to Held Plus, your subscription is managed through Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment information.
Held Plus is an optional premium upgrade available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. Pricing is shown in the app and may vary by region.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings under Subscriptions.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no renewal.
If you use the My Words feature to write your own affirmations, that content is saved on your device. We do not collect, view, or transmit anything you write. Your words belong entirely to you.
Please use Held as intended — as a personal wellbeing companion. Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app or its content. The affirmations and creative content within Held are original works and are protected by copyright.
We do our best to keep Held running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time. We will try to give notice of significant changes in advance.
Held is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on app content for health or wellbeing decisions.
These terms may be updated from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
